Do I need to provide the copy and photos?
No. The copy is written for you based on your intake form answers. If you have photos of your work, send them over. If not, professional stock images relevant to your trade will be used.
What if I already have a domain name?
The existing domain will be connected to the new site.
What if I don't have a domain yet?
Register one through IONOS , then let us know once it's set up. We're happy to advise if you're not sure where to start.

What does the £50/month actually cover?
Hosting on Cloudflare's global network, uptime monitoring, and minor content updates, small text and image changes. Anything bigger is scoped and quoted separately.
Can I cancel after 12 months?
Yes. After the initial 12-month term, the contract rolls monthly. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. The site stays live for the remainder of any paid period.
What if I need more than 5 pages?
Launch covers up to 5 pages. Additional pages are available for £50 each.
Is this the same as a full custom website?
No, and that's the point. A full custom build starts at £2,500. Launch is a fast, templated service designed to get you online quickly and affordably. It covers what most trades businesses need.
