Launch Terms

Starting is free. We only invoice the £299 build fee after you've approved your homepage mockup, so there's nothing to refund at that stage, you simply don't pay if you're not happy with the direction.

Once you've approved the mockup and paid, we build the full site. If the finished site doesn't match what you approved, we'll put it right. If after one round of correction it still doesn't match, you can ask for the £299 back in full.

The £50 a month covers hosting, monitoring, and small content updates from one month after go-live. It runs for a 12-month minimum, then continues month to month. You can cancel any time after the 12 months with 30 days' notice.

If you'd rather pay the rest of your 12-month term in one go, you can, at no extra cost. After the 12 months, you can also choose to switch to paying annually instead of monthly if that suits you better, that's a fixed commitment for the year you pay.
